January 6: Treason or Trespass? | Constitution Corner

September 2, 2021 Episode

Hundreds of detainees from the January 6 clash at the Capitol are facing solitary confinement conditions including shackles for arms and legs and dirty drinking water.  Many say these conditions violate their 8th Amendment rights.

But how did they get there?  Did hundreds get caught up in a peaceful protest led astray?  Are some of these a case of trespass rather than treason?

Join Robert Owens and learn why you should be wary of joining in public protests that can be hijacked by just a few radicals that cause violence.
