Abolish Unconstitutional Government

Use Nullification to Solve the Food and Energy Crises

by Peter Rykowski, Research Associate and Bulletin Editor

As discussed in the Foreword and the first action point, there is an ongoing, global attack on farmers and ranchers. This is occurring in order to institute the UN’s Agenda 2030 and implement centralized control over food and land. Simultaneously, the federal government, along with other governments worldwide, is handicapping energy production in the name of fighting climate change and “transitioning” from fossil fuels.

State and local governments have a duty and the authority to combat these assaults on liberty and, more broadly, the Great Reset. Please do not neglect the essential role they can play.

For example, state and local governments can nullify many of the federal government’s damaging energy and agriculture regulations. This is because those regulations are unconstitutional, laying outside the specific, enumerated powers delegated to Congress under Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution. Article VI of the Constitution makes clear that such usurpations should not be treated as “the supreme Law of the Land.”

Accordingly, please call and meet with your state legislators and urge them to enact strong legislation nullifying the federal government’s unconstitutional energy and agriculture laws and regulations — especially those that are particularly harmful or burdensome on your state. Have others in your chapter and community do the same.

Second, call and meet with your state legislators in favor of legislation preventing foreign interests or out-of-state elites from purchasing vast amounts of farmland in your state — and if your state already has prohibited such ownership, urge them to strengthen such laws. A helpful reference of existing state laws can be found at https://gojt.us/7eze.

Especially in the last several years, wealthy oligarchs such as Bill Gates, along with foreign governments, have purchased large quantities of farmland. This is disastrous for small, family farms and consistent with the World Economic Forum’s promise of “You’ll own nothing. And you’ll be happy.” Enacting strong state-level legislation would help counter this dangerous development.

Last, but not least, have your chapter organize a “legislative day” to your state Capitol or another location where multiple state legislators are present. Use this opportunity to educate them about nullification, distribute JBS’s various materials about nullification and the food and energy crises, and reiterate the above action steps.

Please don’t wait until the next legislative session to contact your legislators; contact them regularly, beginning now. The earlier you do this, the more time you will have to educate and convince them — and they will have more time to introduce, consider, and pass such legislation. By working in an organized manner, we can and will stop the implementation of the Great Reset.
