Take Advantage of Birching Opportunities

When I was growing up on a cranberry marsh, November arrived just after harvest, with all the fruit having gone to Ocean Spray or a similar buyer for processing into fresh fruit or juice. November was a time of winter preparation, ensuring all the irrigation pipes and sprinklers were drained, piled up, and out of the way, and then allowing workers to take much-needed and well-earned time off after the mega harvest hours that followed the marathon hours of fall frost-watching.
Many Americans have no idea of the amount of work and effort that goes into the vegetables, fruits, milk, and other groceries that magically appear on the grocer’s shelves. Most are oblivious to what it takes to go from ground to table, never knowing of a grower’s or farmer’s dependence on weather, equipment, and employees.
We could make a parallel connection when it comes to Birching. The vast majority of Americans who enjoy the fruits of freedom have no idea of the work that goes on behind the scenes to keep this country free, nor of the battles that occur in every locale. Those seeking to usurp power from We the People and control them do not let up, but take advantage of every opportunity. Our critics often question our accomplishments. Yet, how does one quantify where the U.S. would be if the JBS did not exist? Certainly, this country would be much further down the NWO road, with globalists steamrolling our sovereignty, rights, liberties, and independence by creating a European Union-type government.
The European Union serves as a canary in the coal mine when it comes to globalist initiatives. We see its construct through various trade agreements and treaties, and how its unelected and unaccountable bureaucracies take over many of the governing powers of its member nations. The elitist rulers of those in charge of various international and global organizations, including the United Nations and its many affiliates — the World Economic Forum, Bilderberg Group, Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, many NGOs and large corporations including BlackRock, and many others — have decided that to gain lasting control over civilization, they must reorient society through a Great Reset to shed rights, liberties, freedom, and independence by declaring an emergency over the natural phenomenon of climate change. The UN’s Agenda 2030 serves as the plan to move that ahead, and governments around the world have adopted radical legislation meant to discourage certain emissions, including carbon dioxide, which is an essential gas for life.
As we mentioned in the September Bulletin, countries such as Sri Lanka, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Canada have gone so far as to adopt policies targeting farmers and crop production, specifically fertilizers to help stop nitrogen emissions. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to tell you how dangerous this can be, as it will affect yields and could directly lead to food shortages. In fact, your Thanksgiving meal is already expected to cost a record high. Turkeys are predicted to cost double from last year, thanks to overall inflation, fuel, turkey food, and fertilizer costs.
In the same Bulletin that American farmers, ranchers, and other property owners have been under increasing attack for decades, especially in the West. An attack is ongoing in the Midwest regarding installing carbon-capture pipelines across thousands of acres of farmland. As we observe the global war on farmers, we don’t have to guess when it’ll arrive here — it’s already here, and has had a head start for quite some time.

• Get US Out! of the UN (Ultimately linking the pipeline to the UN.)
• Stop a CON CON (It’s time America learns what is in the Constitution and enforce it. EPA, OSHA, Dept. of Ed., etc., are unconstitutional.)
• Support Your Local Police (An opportunity to make the case for Constitutional Sheriffs and to support our law enforcement overall.)
• Election Integrity (The necessity to elect officials from President to Dog Catcher who know our Constitution and will enforce it. But we need to make sure our elections are valid. JBS is the only organization that I know of in the country that has adamantly demanded paper ballots.)
County Supervisors, Sheriffs, and State Legislators have never been seen as more important to Iowans than they are now.
Long story short: Basically, this pipeline has been a great marketing tool! (Unfortunate, but true.) I’m very thankful for the quality and quantity of material that JBS offers to citizens.
Tammy’s right. We’re an educational and action-oriented army. We provide tools, structure, battle plans, and leadership to accomplish our mission. JBS founder Robert Welch said, “All we must find and build and use, to win, is sufficient understanding.” While we work on local projects in one area, we should look for avenues to also bring up related issues. We have an excellent opportunity to extend leadership to fellow Americans in the agriculture industry. Few farmers know of Agenda 2030, but they certainly will take a crash course on it when they find out that it is behind the move to take their land, tell them how to farm, and micromanage their agrichemicals. Local projects among membership are moving rather briskly this time of year. Many are feeling the pinch of government intrusion and are working to mitigate it. With all that the Biden administration has done in concert with globalists in Congress, it may seem like the Republic is crumbling before our very eyes. But do not despair! The very reason why America is not yet part of a European Union-style government — why it does not bow down before the altar of world government, why it is largely not yet a vassal of the New World Order, and why it is not yet a police state — is due to the many layers of strength placed within the Americanist system of government.
It begins with the individual. Each of us is granted rights from God, our Creator, as mentioned in the Declaration of Independence. Governments are instituted to protect those rights, and if they do not, isn’t that a direct reflection of the tolerance, perhaps even the ignorance, of the electorate?
Each American is only as motivated as his heart moves him. With the right combination of knowledge, urgency, and patriotism, a person will act. Exercising these layers of strength only makes them and the electorate stronger and able to fend off all the garbage coming out of the federal government. Many of those lamenting America’s condition do so because they have no hope for a better future.
A Christian classic tale is The Pilgrim’s Progress by John Bunyan, mostly written while he sat many years in prison, persecuted for his faith. A scene from an animated video based on the book shows Christian, the main character, imprisoned along with fellow traveler Hopeful, in Doubting Castle, which is the home of the giant, Despair.
Both languish for days while enduring beatings from the giant and lack of nourishment, and Christian begins to lose hope and falls into depression, not seeing a way out. However, he finally realizes from a prior vision that the way to overcome despair is with hope and Promise, Promise being a key he’s had all along that can open any of the castle’s locks. These two essential tools aid them along their journey to the Celestial City (Heaven).
What this demonstrates to current-day America is that when we know we have tools that will protect and defend us against a larger foe, we act much differently than others who do not know of these tools and have little to no hope. The Founding Fathers provided the tools and expected citizens to use them. Patriotism is not a spectator sport, nor is Birching.
Americans are constantly being told the bad news, as seen in every news outlet on air and online. But they are not told how to fix the problems facing our country, and despair and frustration can quickly set in. Those who do share solutions can get solid traction. Unfortunately, there are many faux solutions out there, including partisan politics, the Constitutional Convention, and various term limit and balanced budget amendment proposals. These have gained some traction, but recent happenings are exposing them as false solutions.
For instance, longtime Convention of States (COS) supporter Glenn Beck announced on-air in September that he would no longer support a convention. He said that morally, we are not the right people to open up this sacred document, a point we have been making for quite some time.
In our ongoing battle with COS, their leadership continues to expose themselves in a way that would have made the Founding Fathers cringe. In a scathing and rather personal attack, COS has stooped to a new low while responding to the Substack article that Dr. Robert Malone allowed us to post on his account. COS responded by having their members hound Dr. Malone to place a rebuttal article written by COS. For an organization that claims millions of supporters, the number of COS members taking up the request to flood Dr. Malone’s inbox was extraordinarily low, which gives further credence to our stance that their numbers are grossly inflated and misrepresented to state legislators who are bullied into supporting COS based on the number of local supporters they claim to have.
The personal attack against JBS Research Project Manager Christian Gomez exemplified the same elitist and arrogant attitude that JBS ally Robert Brown ran into when discussing the convention issue with COS president Mark Meckler and COS spokesman former Senator Rick Santorum (who barely managed a lifetime Freedom Index score of 62%). While laughing and shaking his head, Mr. Meckler dismissed Robert’s excellent points against a convention while telling Robert that he’s not a lawyer and that he wouldn’t understand. COS’s screed against Christian made the same observation of him, and suggested readers should not trust the judgment of the JBS stance, but rather should seek advice from such constitutional “experts” as Robert Natelson, Mark Levin, Robert George, and others, many of whom we have exposed throughout the years.
Yet, didn’t the Founding Fathers despise such elitism? Wasn’t the Constitution written for the average American to understand? Weren’t The Federalist Papers published in newspapers for all to read? Many commenters at the COS Substack article weren’t fooled, and pointed out the snobbish and arrogant tone. One pointed out that the Covid experience made her lose faith in so-called experts. Even Dr. Malone distanced himself from the article at the beginning by writing, “And just to be clear, I do not endorse the ad hominem statements made. But this was the author’s forum and her statement. In my opinion, the tone and personal attacks actually weaken the arguments made.”
Our Stop a Constitutional Convention action project is of the highest priority. We continue to produce updated tools, boiling the issue down into main talking points that can be used to help inform others, especially state legislators and their aides and those running for office. Our newest are two low-priced pamphlets (20 cents each for a quantity of 100), one promoting nullification and another raising concerns about the convention.

As we come into the homestretch of 2022, please continue to diligently work on your local and state projects (nullification, Con-Con, Agenda 2030, Scorecards, and local police are top issues). When we don’t, our absence is taken up by the opposition, as nature abhors a vacuum.
