President Trump, Read the USMCA!
Congress is facing immense pressure to pass the trade deal that President Trump brokered with Canada and Mexico. The USMCA or United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement is supposed to take the place of NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement. NAFTA has helped to decimate our manufacturing base as well as be the foundation for the North American Union.
President Trump has called NAFTA the worst trade deal in history.
Yet critics point to the USMCA as being NAFTA 2.0 as well as akin to the Trans Pacific Partnership, another trade deal that Trump hates and pulled us out of.
We’ll look at this trade deal in the form of an open letter to President Trump in this episode of Analysis Behind the News, where we provide the perspective that you can use to help save American liberty and independence.
