The Truth Hurts: Exposing Voting Records
In this presentation, Leah Southwell shows how citizens can effectively expose their legislators’ voting records to distinguish between true constitutionalists and those who are not. She demonstrates the power and influence of an informed electorate can have on our legislators.
Leah joined the JBS in 2008, and shortly after joined the staff as a development officer and then as a field coordinator. In 2012 she left and took her two sons to Chile, and lived there for seven years until the country underwent a Communist revolution in 2019. Knowing the country was in danger, they returned to the United States, and Leah came back on staff as a field coordinator in 2020.
