Scott Bradley, PhD is Founder and Chairman of The Constitution Commemoration Foundation, Inc., a non-profit educational organization which seeks to foster increased understanding of the United States Constitution in the tradition of the Founding Fathers and also encourages a return to the original intent of proper government as understood and practiced at the time of America’s founding.

He has a Bachelor of Science from Westminster College; Masters, Public Administration, Brigham Young University; and Doctorate in Constitutional Law, George Wythe University.

Mr. Bradley is also the author of a book and DVD/CD lecture series titled “To Preserve the Nation” in which he reviews the foundation principles upon which this great nation was established and which he hopes will foster a renewed dedication to those principles.

As an executive at AT&T for 13 years, he was in charge of secure communications for the Department of Defense North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). He also was the Director of the Telecommunications Department at Utah State University for 16 years.

Mr. Bradley ran unsuccessfully against U.S. Senator Orrin Hatch in 2006. His campaign platform was “The Plain English Words of the United States Constitution.” His other political activities include several positions within the Utah Republican Party: County Central Committee Member, Precinct Chair, County Delegate, State Delegate, and State Central Committee Member.

He has also testified before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee on behalf of Eagle Forum with concerns about the Patriot Act of 2001.
